If you do not have a login for Esprida LiveControl the current and previous release versions of the documentation can be found on the Documentation & Releases page in this portal.
The user account password is changed from the main logon screen for Esprida LiveControl. Make sure the Change Password option is checked, and then logon as normal. You will then be taken to a screen that asks you to enter your new password, and then verify it by entering it again. Once this is complete you will logon to the Esprida Server, and your password will have been changed.
