Agent Download Manager – Support

If you are having issues installing the Advisor Agent through the link provided,or the Advisor Agent appears not to be running, the ADM Support Tool application can be run on your computer to diagnose issues that have been encountered. This tool will gather specific Advisor Agent installation files and log file information and send those files back to the Digital Check / Esprida support team.

To run  the ADM Support Tool application:

  1. click on the ADM Support Tool button
  2. select Run when asked if you want to Run or Download the application
  3. if prompted with the message “Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer?”, select Yes
  4. The application will take from 2-10 minutes to gather the required files after which you will receive the “ The support data gathering process was successful”
  5. Contact your BBVA Support representative that the required information has been successfully sent
